1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nexiro Apps regarding your access to and use of the PDF Pro mobile application ("App").

2. License & Use of Application

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Nexiro Apps grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and execute PDF Pro on your personal mobile device strictly for non-commercial or personal utility purposes.

3. Scope of Utility Features

PDF Pro provides local document management and processing utility functions, including:

• Merging multiple PDF documents into a single file
• Splitting PDF files into individual pages or page ranges
• Compressing PDF and image files to reduce storage footprint
• Rotating, reordering, and deleting pages within PDF files
• Adding text or image watermarks to PDF pages
• Adding customizable page numbers to PDF documents
• Locking (encrypting) and unlocking PDF files
• Converting images to PDF and exporting PDF pages as images
• Performing on-device OCR (Optical Character Recognition) to extract text
• Basic image editing tools (crop, rotate, compress, resize)

4. User Responsibilities & Document Ownership

You maintain sole responsibility and ownership for all documents, images, and content that you process using PDF Pro:

• Legal Ownership: You represent and warrant that you possess all necessary rights, permissions, or legal authority to import, process, modify, convert, or export any file loaded into the App.
• Data Backup: Because PDF Pro operates locally on your device without cloud storage, you are responsible for maintaining independent backups of your important documents.

5. Disclaimers & Technical Limitations

PDF Pro is provided as an automated utility tool. Please note the following specific disclaimers:

• OCR Accuracy Disclaimer: Text extraction depends on source image quality, lighting, focus, resolution, font style, and language. Nexiro Apps does not guarantee 100% accuracy in text recognition output. You are advised to review extracted text before using it for critical applications.
• PDF Processing Disclaimer: Document processing (such as compression, conversion, page manipulation, or watermark insertion) is performed using standard PDF specification rendering engines. Complex PDF features (such as dynamic form fields, interactive scripts, or custom fonts) may render differently depending on original file encoding.
• Generated Output Responsibility: You are solely responsible for inspecting and verifying output files before relying on or distributing them.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited actions:

• Using PDF Pro to process, edit, or distribute illegal, infringing, fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful content.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract the source code of PDF Pro.
• Modifying, distributing, selling, re-licensing, or creating derivative works based on the App or its branding.
• Bypassing or attempting to circumvent any security features or file protection mechanisms embedded in the App.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The PDF Pro application, including its source code, design assets, user interface layout, iconography, graphics, and Nexiro Apps trademarks, are the exclusive intellectual property of Nexiro Apps and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

PDF PRO IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, NEXIRO APPS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

NEXIRO APPS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY DEVICE OR FILE SPECIFICATION.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL NEXIRO APPS OR ITS OPERATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, DOCUMENT CORRUPTION, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE PDF PRO.

10. Modifications to Terms

Nexiro Apps reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of PDF Pro following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable governing laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
